Delivery Service
All products are sent by first class mail. For larger orders we may use recorded delivery or send in multiple packages.Speed and quality of delivery is very important to us; we want you to be more than satisfied with our service. We make every effort to dispatch orders on the day of receipt, if received before 1pm, Monday-Friday. We normally use Royal Mail. Delivery then usually takes place within 24-48 hours. In recent results Royal Mail delivered 92.1% of items on the next working day (Monday-Saturday) after posting.
It is worth noting that we find a high proportion of missing items are held at local sorting offices or are held by a neighbour or colleague. Both Royal Mail and our courier should leave a card indicating this, however there are times when these are misplaced or not left at all, so if possible please check first. As is customary, compensation is limited to the value of goods lost. A replacement will be offered or refund as appropriate.
In the unlikely event of your product being out of stock, we will contact you and tell you when we expect to receive your product. We will be able to arrange any changes to your order if you feel it necessary.
Shipping and Handling Costs
Shipping and handling within the U.K. -FREE FOR ORDERS OVER £40.00 (u.k only) For orders under £40 we charge £1.99 for the delivery of a single item and a subsequent £0.99 for any further item within the same order.
Shipping and handling within the E.U. - We charge £3.99 for the delivery of a single item and a subsequent £2.99 for any further item within the same order.
Airsure - Airsure insurance is recommended for international orders over £35 for a one-off fee of £4.00 per order.
