Making a Purchase
We accept most credit/debit cards.If you would prefer not to make payment over the internet, please contact us directly to arrange more traditional methods of payment.
All payments are processed using a secure shopping cart. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order.
Delivery Locations
All our goods are available for delivery to the U.K and all European Union Countries.To all other areas please contact Swimming Without Stress to arrange payment and a price for delivery of your goods.
Delivery Service
All products are sent by Royal Mail first class apart from occasional heavy orders which may be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels or DHL courier. Orders received before 1 pm are usually dispatched on the same day. For orders over £35.00 we may use a recorded or special delivery service.If your product is out of stock, you will be contacted and given an estimated date of receipt of your product, upon which time we will be able to arrange any changes to your order if you feel it necessary. We do endeavour to keep the online shop up to date.
Shipping and Handling Costs
Shipping and handling within the U.K. -FREE FOR ORDERS OVER £40.00 (u.k only) For orders under £40 we charge £1.99 for the delivery of the first item and £0.99 for any subsequent items within the same order.
Shipping and handling within the E.U. - We charge £3.49 for the delivery of the first item and £2.49 for any subsequent items within the same order..
We will use Royal Mail's Airsure service for international orders wherever possible. This is a track and trace service available for 28 destinations.

Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 7 days of receipt. Any item returned must still be in its original packaging unless the product is faulty in some way.Please note that you will be responsible for the charges incurred in returning the product by post. For your protection, we recommend that you use the Royal Mail Recorded- Delivery service, or Special Delivery for items with a value over £35.
The standard carriage charge (UK £1.99 for the first item, 99p for subsequent items) will be deducted from the refund regardless of whether you have received free carriage for orders over £40. For expensive and/or heavy items such as wetsuits and flippers, where the carriage charge exceeds the standard charge, the actual cost of carriage will be deducted including any extra charges for Royal Mail services such as Special Delivery. For orders over £70 credit card fees (2.5 % of the purchase price) will also be retained. This does not apply to debit/ switch card transactions.
