Zoggs Aqua Plugz Ear Plugs fit the shape of the ear without any discomfort and are extremely effective at keeping water out of the ear canals. Silicone is soft on the skin and more hygenic than mouldable wax which soon gets very dirty. These earplugs don't fall out of the ear while swimming and last for years.

We find that junior plugs are also suitable for adults with small/ narrow ear canals. If you are unsure, go for juniors. It is unlikely that they will fall out but you may find them more comfortable. There isn't a lot of difference in the two sizes.

The Zoggs Aqua Plugz are blue for adults or lime or orange for children. They are very well made and come in a very handy ventilated case.
