The Test was first shown on ITV1 in December 2003. Please note that this is not an instructional film. It is 'daytime TV' and seeks to give inspiration and hope to people with fear of water. In the 30-minute programme, made by Meridian TV, Ian Cross of Swimming without Stress helps an aquaphobic woman, Gill Lacey, to overcome her fear and swim competently, over a course of 10 lessons. It should be useful for anyone considering Swimming without Stress lessons or for anyone interested in or suffering from aquaphobia. The price is just to cover our costs.
