Zest Multi Balm contains a carefully selected blend of essential oils and arnica (used for many years for knocks and bumps) to ease minor aches and pains, relieve the effects of minor sporting impacts and maintain condition.

Zest Multi Balm may be used as a massage wax by massage practitioners or for self treatment; it is recommended to hydrate, soothe and protect areas of dry skin, prevent chaffing (caused by sweating, irritation and rubbing), ease local minor aches, pains, muscle cramps and provide relief from minor sporting impacts, generally keeping you in good condition. Directions: Rub or scrape the surface of the balm to soften the natural ingredients, warm by rubbing between your finger tips or palms of your hands and apply or massage on to skin as needed. Repeat application as required. May be used before, during or after sport.
