Zest Body & Massage Oil has been blended with carefully chosen essential oils and Arnica (used for many years for knocks and bumps) to ease minor muscular aches, pains, sporting impacts and keep you in peak condition. The oil is light and easily absorbed and does not leave any residue.

Directions: Massage all over the body or in specific areas in need of conditioning. May be used in conjunction with ice or heat treatments and strapping. Use before, during or after sport, re-apply as required.
Use the body oils on slightly damp skin - you will use less oil and still reap the benefits.
