" I just had my first swim with my new kit! It was really exciting and sort of strange, but I got the hang of it. Now I really need to improve my technique... I reviewed the book and found the breast stroke quite challenging in terms of neck/back alignment... But at least I'm more mindful and not sticking my head out of the water like a turtle.
